My Favorite Way to Start a Song.
I love songs that start with cheesy descending tom-toms. This little snippet is a transition produced by the ultra-talented Jason Miller for a variety show I’m shooting this Saturday with Liam and his lovely wife ilana. (Check out her show Thursday.) The longer song it comes from, “A Song Can Change the World” is really funny, and is going to be the opening and closing to:
“The Showiest Show, Sponsored by Tunecore and a Bunch of Kids We Found at the Flea Market Raising Money for Entertainment, Thanks, Guys!!!?!!”
It’s the spirit of a PG-13 Pee Wee’s Playhouse on the set of the Tonight Show. We’ve got dancers, a house band, our announcer Sweet Tony Beans, and all kinds of wackiness. I’m really excited and can’t wait for you to see it. Well, I can’t wait to shoot it first…
